2003-02-17 - 7:33 p.m. Just when you start to think that war is the only answer to what our country has on it's hands, I remember that Josh is in Germany for another year, busting his ass & missing out on being young.
Josh will be in Germany for another year & 3 months, playing music & trying to stay sane. I am sending him a package w/ music magazines, kid candy, a card, & a burned cd w/ Dashboard, The Used, The Juliana Theory, Allister, The Disstillers, Get Up Kids, etc. & a nice long letter, since he doesn't get much mail. My boss's son called from Afganistan the other day. He said he has to have to sleep w/ a gun, fear for his life & miss his family to tears. That what his life is now. He has been there a week next Thursday. Nine months left.
