2003-03-29 - 2:16 p.m. I haven't updated & I'm sorry. Work & stuff. You know how it is. Lets see....Josh left for Iraq Thursday. He called me @ work Wed. & we talked for a while. He is "supposed" to be coming home in 4 months, but you know how military time works. 4 months means 18 months to them. Well anyway. when he DOES come in, he will be w/ me for 2 weeks. Thats a long-ass time. We will do something. Go somewhere. I don't know. Then he is going to see his mom for a week, then going back to Germany for 9 months. Then through w/ the Army. After that? Who knows. Haven't gotten my package. Color me surprised. I miss Josh. I do. I want to hear that voice. I want to have my phone ring on my lunch. I want the phone @ work ring & it be him. I want to drive around town doing my errands, talking to him about everything under the sun. I have a letter started. It's 9 pages now. I have been writing since Sunday. I will write for a week, mail it, write another week. This is my prayer I say everynight. Don't make fun: Dear God, please take care of Josh & everyone over there. Please surround him & comfort him. Take away his pain & let him stay out of harms way. Take care of everyone. Please make that package hurry up. Amen. I never said I was a Priest. Work is crap. More about that later. I am having cramps. ouch
